Might be worth altering the title slightly. Wike Ridge is in Leeds for example. Some may not be looking at the page because they think it is not their region. This is one auction I don't mind losing as it means more money raised.

Yes played it on a very wet day earlier this year. Nice lay out, some great holes, couple of tough par 3's and a really nice clubhouse. Couple of mates played it during the summer and said it was in very good condition.
