Forgot all about Brazil 1970. Big oversight. Would say Barca under Pep were the best club side I've seen and trump the Liverpool side of the 70's and 80's and the United side under Fergie

Barcelona over the last 6-7 years (even though it's now a non-contact sport).
West Indies late 70's / Aussie early 00's cricket teams - I'm not knowledgable enough about cricket to split them.

Biased but Wigan RLFC from 88 to 96 were untouchable, bar one minor blip......
8 Championships on the bounce and 8 Challenge cups. Not to mention a few Regal Trophy and 3 World Cup challenges against Manly, Penrith, before smashing the Brisbane Broncos on their own patch
I know the majority on here will not be overly familiar in Rugby League, but Wigan changed the sport forever.
Players like Bell, Botica, Edwards, Robinson, Hanley, Farrell, Tuigamala, Offiah, Radlinski, Connolly, Paul, Cassidy and Betts.
Frightening.
Mind you it came crashing to a halt in some respects in 97 against Sheffield, but for nearly a decade they were untouchable
