Had a great game today. T shirt, no rain, sun - what more do you want. 37 points over our 16 hole course with 3 blobs!!Best I have scored in ages. The golfing season is coming and the old farts are going to be spanked in the flat county next month!!

You must have teed off after 10.00 then. It hammered it down on the first few holes for our 9.28 tee time even though my round was curtailed. Some fine scoring though especially with the three blobs. Good man

I think not! You'll be a spent force by then, I'm taking a more sensible approach and making sure I don't peak too early, scored a handsome 28 points today over the 18 holes. o)

In all honesty, I was lucky today - lots of great scambling - 13-17 were all one puts - could off been a totally different story and I went birdie on 10, with a 15 foter from the fringe of thetempory, for 4 points, and followed with a 30 footer for birdie on 11!! It could have easily been 28 points.

Joking aside, you want to see our new no.9 - that looks awesome - Amen corner starts early - I can't wait to play it - they were putting the green back together today and we had a look from there to the new raised tees - it is unrecognisable - the worst hole on the course will soon be one of the best! There is still an enormous mud pit of a lake that will take shape soon - tees are 10-foot higher and the lake is everyhere, including all the way up the left of the green - no bunkers anymore - not needed. Hopefuly it will be open in early April - new 10 may be open for theNations Cup in 2 weeks - I have signed up for Wales!!!!!!! Did I mention that we have Peroni on draft!
