That does seem to be the point, they are not setting up a forum for discussion, they just want the name of Srixon put about and to get some good word of mouth by sending out a few free balls etc. Seems like a decent marketing scheme to me. So far I have made 4 posts in 2 months and received 24 free balls. Happy with that.

Yes you have to link your accounts (Facebok, Twitter etc) on the Srixon homepage first

I was able to register each game I played and that gave me a "shout" but my Facebook shouts disappeared into the ether somewhere and I haven't won any balls either :-(.
Have heard others moaning about the same thing.

I tried to contact them and their IT people tried to sort it, but to no avail.
