Does anyone have a look on this after they hit a brilliant shot at the course, i had a look at one of mine as i made the green on a par 4 and it was uphill, 330 yards :)

Also noticed one other thing is that a lot of courses i play in leicester have optimistic figures and google earth helps me to check this :)

330 pfft, I hit 4 x 375 yarders last friday at ardglass, how do I know?
The Hole measured 375 and I but 4 drivers through the green on a practice round and one the matchplay game proper after.
Check it out, 4th hole! Oh and an 8 iron 200 yards on the 12th..

Does this mean I can wear cargo shorts and forget about my short game prowess and concentrate on lashing the ball?

Come on boys, its all fine and well getting 1 in 100 out of the screws.
I managed to hit my drive on wednesday evening on our first a whopping 75 yards, pesky trees overhanging, anyone want me to to take them through it in exquisite detail?

:D

what you need Brendy is a mirror in your garden, then you will hit it 400 yards.
My garden is only around 40 yards ong, but do have 50 foot trees at the end, If I can whack my putter over it, does that count?

Enderby and Blaby, they are only little 9 hole courses but Blaby is most optimistic. A member now at Breedon Priory in Wilson near East Midlannds Airport

where you play Evesdad?

I live In Loughborough but play at Lingdale between woodhouse and Newtown linford in the Charnwood forest, played both those on years gone by, I remember when they opened enderby bought my first clubs in second hand sale!! Think my mate was playing breedon last week.
