Was passing the time the other night and found this app, downloaded it and used it yesterday for the first time. It's a free app but you can subscribe annually for more features although its American based. Was shocked at how well it worked as a GPS device whilst having a friendly knock and also the stats I could input during the round. Upon completion of the round you can email scorecard to yourself and if you input correct stats (push, pull, hook, FIR, amount of putts) it gives you things to improve on and tips/drills for when you are down the range. Planning on using it more and more this summer as i will regularly play 9-13 after work during the week. Also, shocked at how it only used 20% of my iPhone battery. Some may like it, some may not, it's worth a go for free I say!

I have blackberry an use nrange, you can download the google earth map so you have the holes and can move the line to show how far to hazards and to green. brilliant bit of kit i find

I have used the app and is decent but prefer my Skycaddie basically I'd hate to damage my phone by either dropping/scratching it or due to water ingress... not to mention not being able to use in comps
