Really getting into my golf as a newbi golfer and I'm looking to go abroad with my wife (who’s a non golfer) to play a few rounds.
Any recommendations on companies to use to do this as there’s so many on the web to choose from and where to go especially if there are places of heritage to visit as well?
Thanks.

Golfbreaks have always been good when I've used them and yourgolftravel weren't bad either.
Where to go is impossible for me to answer without some preferences: cool, warm or hot, cheap, mid or expensive, max flight time, good level of English spoken or not bothered, beach/coastal or inland, etc.

Thanks bratty, warm to hot destinations about 5 hrs flight time, beach costal would be ideal but a must have for the wife to explore the area. Not too fused on the price as they all seem similar in prices online. Just want a personal experience of where they’ve been.
Edit, I don’t have a handicap as i play for fun!

PGA Catalunya just outside Barcelona but it’s not cheap.o_O
I was going there in Sept but had surgery on my wrist so missed it.
the lads who went said it’s the best place they have ever stayed and we have been to nice places inc Sawgrass but they said it was better.

you can almost stay anywhere in Spain and not be far from a golf course.
with the internet now it’s easy to book for yourself .

I will soon go on vacation to Asian countries (mainly South Korea). There may be other rules in golf, what do you think?

Best course I’ve ever played . Played it about 25yrs ago and they had just had a big pga comp there ( sure it was the Spanish open ) , they still had the scoreboard up and I’m sure Peter Baker won it . We also played Pals , which was coastal course but also enjoyable
