Golfers & baseball caps. Linked to baldness?

If it were linked wouldn't we also have a bald 'back of hand' on our glove hand?

As an aside there must be a better name for it than 'back of your hand', after all the palm gets its own name why not the back... or am I just uneducated on this one?

opisthenar. Suppose thats why back of the hand is easier!

I can see Taylor made trying to fill a niche market.

Hairotour afterburner hats.

The "thatch" hat, in stores now. Clinically proven to increase hair growth, and add 12 yards.

Does anyone have an opinion on the link between golfers wearing baseball caps all the time and the amount of them that have think/reseeding hair?

I was shocked to see Jordan yesterday and it got me thinking if there was a link.

There is probably a correlation, but the direction of any causal relationship is debatable.

Do players go bald because they wear baseball caps or do they wear baseball caps because they are bald?

I suspect we all think that the latter is much more likely.

Hereditary (male pattern) baldness is determined by complicated genetics, but mostly from the maternal side because the most important gene is on the X chromosome, so look at your uncles on your mother's side before those on your father's side for clues.

Then decide how soon you need a baseball cap.

Im a slaphead, My Dad is a slaphead as was his father before him, My brother is also a slaphead.

wearing headgear has absolutely nothing to do with the causes of it, however a daily dose of Argan Oil really buffs it up into a nice shine :)

Bit off topic but how much do these players actually get for wearing hats nowadays- don't see any players without but back in the day woosie, seve, Faldo etc none of them wore hats. Personally I prefer playing without but will on odd occasion if it's cold

Utter tosh IMO, like all these "recent surveys" that show eating wotsits or something equally daft increases your chance of getting cancer!!!
How would they ever prove the wearing of a cap makes you bald ???

i always wear a hat and have a full head of hair, granted its as grey as phillip scofeilds but doubt the wearing of a hat is to blame, much more likely both baldness and greyness are linked to woman ;)

Not only do they increase baldness, but they make you fat too!!

I had a full head of hair AND was slim and athletic before I bought a baseball cap...

I had a full head of hair prior to the forces, however, it came back OK when I left with no signs of baldness, but then I was told to cut it short again and it would thicken out even more, liars, it never grew again properly from that point so I keep it short now, if I try to grow it now I look like
