I doubt the tote endorses this at all.

My opinion is that there is some kind of referral scheme the tote offer, so this person is hoping to send people that way and cash in.

The worst one of these I ever saw was a site offering a roulette system for free. It worked best on certain online casinos.

The system was nothing new, and isn't a guaranteed way of making money. There was nothing special about the casinos roulette systems either. The only thing special about these casinos were they had a referral scheme that the guy was cashing in on.

Just to add salt to the wound, the guy also had a donate PayPal box on his page. he claimed he relied on people seeing the system working and then giving what they thought it was worth.
So losers have paid nothing and won't ask for a refund but have made him a referral bonus. Winners get him the referral bonus and give him some money on top!
