Your right arm looks very tense and locked up at address, and you pick the club up with your hands.

Try relaxing preshot more and then make a low slow one piece takeaway, keeping the wrists less active.

Check your swing when you are halfway back. If the clubhead is still behind your hands you still have too much wrist action in your takeaway.

Having had a closer look myself, i can see a slight reverse hip tilt! My hips are moving forwards and shoulders moving backwards causing a out ot sync downswing

As for the one piece take away, my coach teaches david leadbetter style where wrist are hinged early in the backswing so i do not think this is the problem!

I think the reason the club is behind my hands is my failure of getting my hips turning

Seriously though.. it looks like the club is getting somewhat ahead of your right arm and your shoulders are falling away from the shot.... you're a bit jammed on your left hand side and prone to hitting the ball out left, blocking it (damn all this leftie speak!) :D :D
