Golf Summer Cup (residential) for my son

Good morning,
I am writing to you from Italy.
My son has recently started playing golf and is very passionate about it.
He did well in school and I would like to give him a week of golf in England as a gift.
I would like to find a place where he can also sleep with other guys (and possibly there aren't too many Italians). I found some places but they are study holidays and golf. Usually, as there are many Italians, there is no incentive to speak English.
Can you help me?
