Any ideas on where we can go this year??? Ideally championship course in the mix but im open to good quality courses at reasonable prices.

Last year we done carnoustie 3 rounds and 2 nights stay for £200 pp. One of the rounds were on the championship course.

Looking for 2 rounds in one day some where on a good course with or without digs that night. Any ideas folks??

Thanks

I think Castle Stuart are doing a 3 round deal .
2 round at CS and one at either Royal Dornoch or Nairn and dinner B&B.

A few from here did the winter deal, no idea how much it is though

The Moray coast is good. Moray Old and New in a day will sort you out ;) You've got Elgin as a good base, also has a nice parkland course. Buckpool is nearly always in good nick, Hopeman has some stunning holes, Duff House Royal is half an hour away and a good test, Nairn is ha;f an hour in the other direction.

And there's a cracking Indian Restaurant in town as well ;)

8 of us are doing Prestwick (ex open course), Western gailles (Craw rates above Turnberry, and the best on the west coast) and Glasgow Gailles for £320 each including 2 nights accommodation in a guest house in Ayr in June.

I'm looking forward to it. You could probably swap Prestwick for Royal Troon, and it wouldn't be loads more, either.

Nairn & Nairn Dunbar.

Royal Aberdeen, Cruden Bay and Murcar.

Spey Valley, Boat of Garten and any from Kingussie, Granton, or Newtonmore.

The usual suspects in East Lothian, Ayrshire and Highlands are all great.

Have you thought about Fife (furryboots)? Crail is a great with Balcomie and Craighead
