Spent today cutting down 3 trees at the top of my garden, so I can put in my new golf net.

I've decided to get a net so I can concentrate on my swing.

Who else has one? Have you found that it helps?

I have one at the bottom of the garden. Used it loads to begin with but now onky use it if I cant get up the practice ground or I'm killing time. So you realy have to make yourself use it. Great if you dont have practice facilities close to hand.
My putting green gets its first sub 10mm cut on Weds, cant wait to see how it goes.

I only ever use a practice net when I'm having issues with contact (Fat, thin etc) just to see where my divot starts I.E before or after the ball, how deep wide or shallow.

I'm a firm believer in seeing how the ball flies when I practice.

Have had a net in my garden for about 10 years now. Its by the side of the beer garden outside my bar (which is a shed with optics, Sky sports, one armed bandit etc).

Still use it alot (the net that is. I use the bar loads). Normally hit around 30 balls a day. I have a Tour Sriker with a Swing Gyde fitted for this.

Pay attention to set up and aim.
