I should be getting the pack through in the post tomorrow or Friday so I can see what is on offer and the prices and put them up from there. Only problem I can see is getting payment as I don't want to be stumping huge amounts up front so once we decide on the format and price and numbers someone will need to advise me on the best way of getting the cash in!

Homer, I'm sure we can all send you cheques/paypal the deposit required. Do the club want the final balance on the day as that would be ok, I know the society days we do down here ask for a tenner a head dipper and then balance on day of play.

I've got the pack and I've written to the club to get a quote on 16-20 players, 18 holes, bacon butties to start and a 2 course meal after. I've provisionally looked at Friday April 17th to make it easier for those who are travelling and staying over (only one day off work, not travelling back in rush hours etc).

I'm waiting to see what is what from the club and then I'll start a thread and we can get numbers sorted etc.

I would be interested in this, but with so much going on at the mo, I couldn't commit as such. I will wait this one out untill nearer the time.
