Not sure where your questions re online club scores and handicaps were leading but your probably more than aware how-did-i-do covers this for a very large percentage of club members operating the club2000 system?
What would be good, and I know of some non club members who would be interested, is if someone was to offer an online handicap service with certificates that would be accepted at Club Open competitions and the opportunity to record their scores at a reasonable price. Possibly with some national format of competition (score v SSS) in operation
