I have the Golf Pride black and white multi-compound grips on my clubs. Had them fitted in late summer last year. As you can probably imagine the white rubber on the grips have gone a little grubby.

I saw that Lamkin do some wipes that clean up the grips and from the instructional video looks like they do a very good job. Just wondering if anybody has any alternatives? I've used hot soapy water which worked well before, but these wipes really do make them look brand new from the videos!

Have you tried baby wipes?

Haven't thought about that to be honest. I thought the specialist grip wipes from a grip manufacturer would probably be more fit for purpose but if baby wipes work just as well then I might just stick to that. A fraction of the price also!

Have you used them yourself (baby wipes) on your grips Homer?

Yes. It does get a lot of the initial crap off but to be honest, soap, a little detergent and a scrubbing brush is probably the best way to get the whiteness back. I have black grips so not such an issue for me and never seen or tried the Lamkin wipes

Yeah warm soapy water usually brings them up very nicely, if they are really bad you can use sand paper and it brings them back but I would always have new grips by this point lol

Whatever you do don't bother with 'specialist' grip wipes. I got sucked into buying some Lamkin wipes and they're no better than what has been mentioned before i.e. baby wipes if you want to give a quick clean on course or just warm water and detergent when giving them a proper clean.
