I need to get my brother a birthday present for around £40 he is mad on golf like me. I don't want to get him lessons or course vouchers as he works weird hours and will never use them. Any ideas on what would be good??? I thought maybe some TM TP Red or Pro V's but any other suggestions would be a help!

Thanks guys!

a nice sweater would go down a treat if he is in to his golf. A golf orientated base layer is also a good option, they are well worth wearing and I am sure it would be appreciated in the coming winter months.

I guess it depends on his level of ability as to whether premium balls will be suitable. Having played today without mine and getting cold due to the wind and the wind chill I'd go for a base layer. AG are doing 15% of Under Armour

Get him one of those sets with a bunch of tee's,3 crappy unmarked balls, 10 plastic ball markers, a towel, a pitch mark repair tool that bends under the slightest pressure, but comes with an amazing giant moutaineers clip........you know the kits.Get him one for a laugh.
Members of my family who dont play golf buy these things for me on my birthday lol. When they ask what you want and you say "well if you want to get me something, I would'nt say no to 3 titleist balls." But they just have to go ott just to impress.lol Its so hard keeping up the smile and be thankful, bless em!

Balls dont make great presents in my opinion, they get lost so the present is gone fairly quickly (in my case anyway)

Jumper, polo shirt or trousers are great choices because they last for ages.

Dont rule out things like windstoppers or a decent set of waterproof trousers maybe. Find out what he is short of in his kit somehow!

And the towel is usually some weird kind of tartan that you have never seen before lol!!

I agree that a jumper (which fits!) would make a really nice present.

I would go with an Under Armour Cold Gear top. Wore mine for the first time on the course yesterday and it was very warm and comfortable. They are around £35 I think.
