I am a noobie and just started to play this amazing sport 2 months ago.

Finally today, I just have enough money to buy a golf set. I have to buy used full set at my local golf store.

They have 2 honma full set available for sales. They are LB708 and TM503. They are both in great used condition and almost the same price which is around $500.

Both set include iron 4,5,6,7,8,9, 10, 11, 12, wood, driver and putter. Total of 12 sticks. The store guarantee that they are original and not fake.

Which one should I get? The Honma LB708 or TM503?

Which one have higher class?

Please help me decide the set that I should get.

Thank you so much for your opinion and suggestion.

I have Googled them and they look much of a muchness. Both cavity backed. Maybe TM-503 have a slightly wider sole and might be easier to hit - but that's just a bit of guesswork from looking at the photos. They look pretty similar overall, and none of us will know much about Honma to know which iron series was meant to be more forgiving - as said above, they haven't been particular known in the UK.

Thank you sir for the opinion.
I decided to get complete set of taylormade qi max set or stealth 2.
I have tried them and I fall in love with them. They are more expensive than the homan but it is totally worth it.

I play Honma and find them a really good club. Always like the numbers instead of letters on the short clubs.
However I have a much more modern set.
I have gone for 503s simply on the basis of the age of clubs around 10 years difference.

However the price does seem high for 8 year old clubs.
