Golf Courses in London Area

Does anyone know any golf courses that are close to Charlton, I believe in some clubs you have to be a member which can work out quite expensive, I've just started playing with my son and would eventually like to play a few rounds.
Also what roughly is the cost these days and is there a dress code on most courses?
