Could anyone recommend me a course somewhere near to Redhill / Reigate? I'd like to play somewhere nice, but my budget is about £30, so somewhere like tandridge is clearly a non starter!

Reigate Heath is a cracking 9-holer with 18 tees. Always in great condition during the summer months.
