-Received my trolley bag on 26/03/13

-Played a round this morning. One of the side zips broke

-Emailed at 1229 to let them know

-At 1440 they phoned

-Replacement bag will arrive on Friday

While we're on the subject of good CS I noticed my Snooper laser was not working properly yesterday. The display screen was not displaying the data properly. A phone call today and Snooper said return it to us and we'll send you another one.

It wasnt designed to lock onto passing ships lol
 
Cannot fault GK in any way. It seems to be that a lot of companies are providing an improved level of service and there have been plenty of tales of hope and response to counter-balance the tales of woe
