Great customer service from Taylormade.......

I purchased a TM Catalina cart bag a couple of months ago to go with my new clubs.
I have mislaid the rain hood....... the only thing I can think of was when I went to Gainsborough a couple of weeks ago, I removed it when I strapped my bag to the bag of a buggy and put it in the little basket at the back, forgetting it when I got back to the clubhouse.
I emailed Taylormade over the week-end to find out if you can buy the rain hood separately.
Received a nice email back yesterday to say that if I phoned them and gave them my address details they would ship a replacement out to me free of charge!!
That's a superb response and certainly goes some way to help keep a customer loyal.
