Commentators were talking absolute drivel, of course it was a shot, that was as clear as it could ever be.
Pretty disgraceful fromm the team in white, instead of the ref getting a hounding, they should have castigated the muppet who scored and then let the orange team score.

No I don't think so , he was just receiving treatment I believe.

That's a new rule in football; the ball must be stationary when kicked.

(I presume you mean it's a free kick, but I believe the player had just received it from a throw in)
