Sent my 8 month old trolley back for repair the other week which was collected, fixed and returned free of charge......however the trolley I got back was not the same one I sent them to repair!

The one I got back although the same colour, was damaged; it had cracks in the bag base thing that folds over the front wheel, one of the ball holders was snapped off and there are cracks in other bits of the handle plus the bag has a hole in it. To me it is a much older trolley that has seen quite a bit of abuse.

I called them and as asked have returned the trolley so they can "investigate" what has happened, have been told this has never happened before but am now without a trolley with games arranged for this weekend.....looks like I'll have to dig out my old pull trolley.

So suggest if you send your trolley back for repair make sure you put some ID on the cart, suggest something inside the card holder, because with hindsight I foolishly didn't!

Am now waiting to see what happens next, someone who sent in an old battered trolley has got an almost new one i.e. mine! So hopefully either my original trolley will be found and returned, or I'll get a new one.

Not disputing what you say, but you should have spoken
to gokart first, before going public

P1pete, how about carrying for a week, get a bit of exercise!
I agree, you should have waited until you either have a happy outcome or had something worth griping about, lets see what happens.

What is this crime watch.....whats wrong with sharing his situation and reading his post I think he has spoken to them. The ID thing is a fair point also, nothing wrong with what's said and no doubt we'll get to know whats next.

I just got an absolute beauty back from Gokart yesterday, certainly wasn't mine, it was immaculate.

Mine was all cracked and broken from kicking it and hitting it with golf clubs. I'm well chuffed with their service, some poor bugger has certainly lost out!

Still their loss is my gain!!!! :p

I disagree Tommo21 he's not even give them a chance

He will be on here tomorrow singing their praises

And....so..........they've sent him the wrong one and he's sharing it with us. Why should he wait for a happy outcome before telling us. Come to think of it, your right, we should keep this quiet, just in case........Get a grip, it's a £200 golf trolley not the couple over the raod going out to the pub, leaving the kids to fend for themselves.

Your neighbours do that as well!

The three year old can also operate the chip pan no bother!

Given the situation Tommo, would you be straight onto the forum or would you have waited a while?

Situation..... your pulling my leg.

1,967 post go back over some of them? Getting a bit of an attitude, that doesn't suit you take a chill pill

You been reading my posts....you should have waited before going public with this.

No I haven't, but I've been watching you on youtube :D

I'm not griping, am sure something will be done and I hope Go-Kart will sort it out one way or another. It's amazing how some of you jump on the negatives and start having a go when there is no reason to.

I did speak to them once I realised the cart wasn't the one I sent to them and I trust them to sort this out.

The whole reason for this post was to advise you all to identify your trolley or other equipment if you ever have to send it away for repair. This entire issue is my fault for not doing so and I accept responsibility for my foolishness.

And yes, if they sort it and find my trolley or replace of course I will be singing their praises on here. It's only right that I do so. But if I feel I get screwed I'll be posting about that too. I thought the idea of having a forum was to share experiences, both good and bad.

If you not interested in the outcome, or feel I should not have posted before a resolution was sought then that is your opinion, but as far as I am concerned I stand to lose £250+ and am sure if it was you then you would be doing the same regardless of what you say here, your quick enough to jump at me, I'm damn sure you would have jumped at them too.

Pfffffffft,

such pent up anger and aggression, I suggest a run or 30 minutes on the punch bag!
