never got a reply to my pm and he posted the 5pm update, anyone know if there is any other way I can find out if there are still spaces.

To update, there are plenty of spaces left so don't think if you send your cheque this week you won't get a space. It's £85 well spent. Other courses in the area worth combining if you're on a mega trip: Hesketh, Formby, Southport & Ainsdale, Formby Hall Ok but a bit pricey in my opion, although worth playing if you want to mix your parkland with your links. If money is no object and you can get a round, I've heard Royal Liverpool and Royal Birkdale are pretty decent tracks, held the odd big event apparently.

If I find £85 on the pavement tomorrow, I know where it is, and where to send the cheque.....the only thing I'm being dim about is the date :)
 
I can go down as a provisional. The inlaws stay in Hillside so a good excuse to visit, just a little too far away date wise to book off work.
