I keep getting ahead of the ball - hands trying to catchj up but cant - induced mainly due to a sway - but I just dont seem to rotate. Well I did for a few rounds and shot 10 under my handicap - but the magic is lost - any quick hip turn drills??

Try straightening your left leg (if you are right handed) as you turn. That has stoppd me sliding/swaying

Address as normal then tilt your right foot (assuming you are R/H) so that your weight through your right foot is through its inside.

Then keep it there as you swing back.

If your weight moves to the middle of your right foot as you swing, you have swayed. You should get the feel of a coil and not a sway.

Simples! Good luck.
