recieved a geek golf fail safe 3 driver, 12 degree from a very charitable fellow forumer, and after hitting the back of the range consistently with it last night, asked myself, is this for real? Has anybody else tried a geek driver, and are they conforming?

the fs3 is conforming as is the DCT DOT COM THIS, great looking drivers which are used predominately on the LD circuit,I had a white DCT with a HOF shaft which looked the business, and I have had a DCT with a EPIC shaft in it,very long but not overly forgiving, the FS3 is the more forgiving of the two.
You need to pair it with the right shaft though, and I guess you have the right one for you.
Not keen on the new design though the No Brianer and it's paint job.

Pretty sure they are. The Dot Com range is quite pricey and I'm positive that they are widely used, along with BANG! gear at long drive comps.
You can check on the R&A website for conforming drivers but sure a couple of lads on here have, or have used, Geek drivers.

I have a Bang (Bangomatic) driver that I used to use with a Harrison Striper shaft. It's very well made and a real long hitter but not very forgiving.

I see 'Dot Com' make a driver called 'The Little <Another word for illegitimate begining with B> Sounds a mean machine.

the little B was never submitted for testing so is illegal, all other heads are legal,
They are not to pricey, Geoff at big hit golf does the head for £100 and it's got a lifetime gaurantee, go to a fitter to find the right shaft
and you can probalby have a driver for £160 which i half the price of the big brands. It works very well with the Proforce V2 75 BTW and the Graffaloy epic!

The dot com this with 551 wrote on the bottom in the big red spot is non comforming except the 12 degree one which is fine but the newer models with the word this wrote in the spot all heads are conforming but you dont see many of the older models for sale any way unless u live in the US

I got a Bang off Fleabay for a bit of fun at the range for £45. I wouldn't use it on the course though as its too low lofted for me but its a beast.

Geek, Bang etc are the heads used in the Long Drive competitions. Not sure how they play for us mere mortals, if only I could get my Bang in the air I would let you know, seems to go like a rocket though. Having said that its all about the shaft anyway.
