accessing information it provides would not be allowed in competition but i can find no reaso why you couldn't use it to record the data and analyse after the round.

For the people that are buying it - are you keeping your stats at the moment and is it purely for a stat reason to purchase this item ?

I don't think it provides any real-time data with the app, from what I have read everything needs to be synced via laptop after the round.

got one for sale for 110 pounds .
i was part of the original kick starter type program,number 87 to order,and originally paid 110 pounds for it.
been using it since November ,as they sent the first 100 a test version to iron out the bugs.
one fault they discovered was the belt clip did not grip well enough for some ,so it was redesigned.

Saw and had it explained to me at Manchester golf show. A well thought out programme very comprehensible not only in the stats GIR fir putts etc but where you went, played from, how far you hit each club which then will give you your averages for that club and whilst playing around in an actual game play, and not the boring way of practise ground where there's no pressure.
Just download your round after onto your lappy, comp, ipad/phone then browse the data. It also has shot dispersion patterns within the programme as well. The rounds are stored so if you play different courses from one year to next you can compare the rounds to each other.
Pretty tempted to buy it.
