Sorry Gareth, went a while ago. Never installed it on mine as I was/am in very good form using the stock grip on my Nike. That said, I can definitely see the benefits of a garsen from the odd waggle, certainly takes your wrists out of it from the enforced hand position. Nice to not have an oversized grip too.
