are there any plans for a meet in the midlands area for this year, looks like im a bit late for the beau dessert one,looked at some others but they all look like a bit of a trek ???

I don't know of any more at the moment, but there's a few of you around that area so no reason why you can't sort one between you.

It might not be a huge gathering, but even a fourball or 2 is a good way to meet other forummers.

You could organise your own mini meet.
It's just finding a date when others are free. Autumn maybe?

just wanted to know if there was gonna be one like the woodhall spa trip where loads of you play, sounded a right good day, il keep a look out for next year

could do bob, il look into it, got the belfry and the forest of arden not far away so il see if i can get any interest,

was talk a while back of trying to sort something at Forest of Arden but it never got organised, think there would be decent interest if the date was convenient. the other one that may come up is the help for heroes day, possibly at Luton Hoo

I know you said you are too late for Beau Desert but I believe that a few of the forummers are still playing at Robin Hood in Solihull the following day - at least no one has said it isn't happening even though Smiffy can't attend. I will be there whatever - perhaps you could join us for that.

Take a look at the HFH meet thread. It's in Bedfordshire 6th June. Around 84 folks in total with at least 40 coming from the GM forum.
