Forest Pines Meet 2016

Agree with that. When we played a couple of weeks ago I thought the Beeches course was as good as the other 2 yet it doesn't get the same praise. The 3rd is a cracking hole and really liked the layout of the 9 holes.

Course was in fantastic condition as you say, we really enjoyed our stay.

Is the Beeches the 9 with the water to the left of the final hole ? That was the best layout of the 27 - some cracking holes. The loop going round the outside had some cracking holes as well - those two combined were the strong 18

Pines finished with the pond to the left, beeches started and ended with par 3's.

Be interested to hear if anyone else struggled guessing what the wind was doing. It kept changing before we played our shots.
More than a couple of times I hit a shot knowing I had the wrong club, but not wanting to change it again.

Yes Gary. 1 under gross on the front 9 certainly indicates a confused player to me....

Shame you had to go to a Wedding Phil. You missed out on a cracking week-end.

Certainly sounds like it mate - glad the course was in better nick , great work on a good weekend. Hopefully will catch you soon on the course ( have sent you a message on Facebook mate )

It's taking quite a while Robin.
Are you studying it for a few "pointers?"

I've been trying to cut it down as I left my camera on video, it's still showing as being edited hours later!?

Here you go then..
