Well after playing the last few weeks in so called quality shoes and getting trench foot from the wet soaking through I decided to waste a few quid on some cheap throw away shoes to get me through the winter. I plumped for FJ greenjoys. Yes I know they are synthetic and not the most elegant of designs but they did their job today. Feet nice and dry and to my surprise no stinky tootsies at the end of the round. No blisters either not bad for less than 40 quid.If I get 12weeks of winter out of them I'll be happy.

I have them smiffy but I hate getting them caked in mud and grime I'd rather wear something more disposably priced and throw them away in the spring. Greenjoys will do me until then.I'm ordering some lovely black/black snakeskin icons for the summer. I cannot wait for them so I may get them early.

Greenjoys were my first pair of shoes and they were comfortable from the very first game and stood up to everything I threw at them. I decided to "upgrade: to some AQLs a bit later and they ripped my feet to shreds for a few rounds. I recently bought a newer pair of Greenjoys and they're every bit as good as the first. In fact, in the shop, I had to look twice to check that they're not real leather as the new ones look a lot more convincing than my first pair.

12 weeks! :D

Nine are nearly 3 years old now, and only just beginning to show signs of giving up.

I wear lightweight Hi-tek in the summer, so my Greenjoys get all the bad weather. Never had a problem.

ive ordered some trendy looking FJ superlites off a new website which was recommended to me. $74 + some $40 p+p. great deal considering they're in america and size 15 :)

What's the website as I am looking for something more colourful than my black AQL's, Size 15/16 here too!! :)
