Films

I believe that is correct, based on the snippets I've heard.

Apparently the first was based on a John le Carre book, the second is purely a TV piece using the same, good guy, characters.
The baddies are of course dead

The Night Manager season 2 premieres on BBC One and BBC iPlayer from 9pm on Thursday, January 1

Over Christmas we were talking about fun films from decades ago. Anyway, Speed came up and my son mentioned he had never seen it. We couldn't find it on normal TV so we rented it from Amazon, £3.49. Loved it, it still stood up to scrutiny and Sandra Bullock is still gorgeous 😍. For a change, my son didn't mock it either, he enjoyed it as well 😄

Couple of films I’ve watched in the last week that I either haven’t watched all through before, or have forgotten…Wizard of Oz a few days ago and last night Jaws. Rather enjoyed Jaws…WoO is just a bit weird but fun…I guess.

I did not watch the film but watched the documentary shown before which was very good.

I read the book many years ago - great read. So much more in it than than the film, which gets talked about in the documentary.

On that subject I watched E1S2 last week.
Now when I search it's not yet available??
So, to Lord Tyrion reply 6793 and jim8flog 6797 I double checked.
I definitely watched ..... E1S1 and thoroughly enjoyed having no bluddy recollection.
One of the joys of remembering everything from decades ago but bugger all from the last few years 🫣
A few weeks ago my wife decluttered our book collection from upstairs and I double checked. I said "Hang on, I'm reading this!'", and I was. The one I was reading was in the living room and I'd bought it a few weeks back 🙄

Had to smile at myself last week
I had watched most of the Marvel stuff but when it came to Endgame I could not place Dr Strange.
Tried to pick up a cheap DVD without success

I got Disney and it was the first thing I watched and quickly realised I had already seen it whilst it was still on Sky.

Even she couldn’t save it for me.
But I’m not a John Wick fan.
I only watched it for her 😆
It was genuinely awful wasn’t it. I’ve watched all the John Wick series apart from the first one they’re all terrible. Only reason I didn’t turn it off is I have nothing better to do and she’s very pretty 😂

Watching Avatar,Way of the water, in prep for watching the latest release.

3 1/4 hrs of CGI and not much else, maybe not bother with the next one.

Think the only reason we enjoyed the very first one was because we saw it in 3D.

First John Wick was superb, then it slipped somewhat, but 2 was ok to be fair.

As for anyone who finds watching AdeA painful I feel for 😁
