I watched The Sentinel (Netflix) 2006
Very formulaic political thriller, much of it's time. Good enough to watch the whole way through but taken with a pinch of salt.
 
Watched We're The Millers again last night - probably 3rd time we've watched it now. Genuinely think it's one of the great modern day comedies, very funny and with an excellent cast.
 
Being made to suffer through wicked

Too long. How can it be 2 hours 40 mins and only be part 1 when the entire stage show is 2 hours 45 including the intermission

Wife dragged me to see Bridget Jones what a load of rubbish , got fed up watching Bridget’s facial expressions.
Funniest moment was when wife asked me if I was tutting I said “yes I was” she burst out laughing.

It really was bad
 
The Electric State. Not familiar with the book and so had no preconceptions and it was ok viewing for a night. The premise could have led to something better but it was ok.

Just watched it, seemed a better bet than the football. You can certainly see where the budget went, it's a big bucks film.

A passable film, not great, not terrible. It's a bit Saturday morning cinema, one of Spielberg's lesser films type of thing.
 
Scrolling Netflix last weekend and the wife saw In Bruges…any good she said, I couldn’t have been happier to re-watch. Knowing she loved Banshees of Inisherin it was a no brainer - fantastic film!
 
Foolishly let the wife choose a film on Friday night. She chose 'Nightbitch'. Amy Adams is in it, I thought, so can't be that bad. How wrong I was. One of the worst films I've ever seen. A unique blend of feminist propaganda and supernatural nonsense that you don't often see. And would never want to see again. Avoid like the plague.
 
Snow White, perfectly enjoyable and very pleasant. Some old classics, Hi Ho anyone, and new songs very much in the Frozen style. Not even Gal ' The Plank' Gadot could spoil it.

Ignore the hoo has around it, it's decent.

@PJ87 are they all going to be in one film? Not sure that really works does it? No chance of character development if they are trying to squeeze too much in. It just becomes a series of cameos.

Character development in a Disney/MCU film? Why would you need any of that?

Current Modus Operandi is “this character is awesome, just trust us bro, you don’t need to see how or why, just believe because we told you so…”

See? Job done on development.
