Shutter island is a good one,but I figured it about half way through.

I remember watching Diagnosis Murder growing up as a kid. I swear they had an episode that was except the same.

Not a film with a twist, more a drama with a crap ending. kiri that has been on for the last month or so. How my foot never went through the screen at the end al never know. Complete and utter tripe ending.

My favourite all-time film is Fight Club. That was a proper mind-blowing twist the first time. I've seen it many times since, but with twist films you can never replicate the first time. I wish I could be hypnotised to not remember it so I can watch it again without knowing the twist, or something.

Memento was another great one. Given the nature of the lead character's short term memory loss, and the way they reveal parts of the film in reverse order, it's almost like you get a new twist every ten minutes as we learn what's gone on to lead you to that point.

Sixth sense was one I sort of saw coming. Did not see it until quite late, new there was a twist and though 'wouldn't it be cool if he was dead'. Watching the film with that thought in your head sort of spoiled it.

Usual suspects is a great one for this. Would also add The Wicker Man to the list.

Been speculated over for 30 years and never confirmed.

It's long since confirmed. Google it. Ridley Scott confirmed it a looooong time ago.
