Fee Increases for 2010

£805 bloody squid.

However I do have the luxury of nearly always walking straight onto the first tee at any time.

My subs have gone up by £213.00 this year.

Its because i've got older, under 27 was £637 and 28+ its £850. Although i was aware last year my subs would increase this year.

I think its value and i'm really enjoying my golf so i'm not complaining.

Ours are due in April , fees last year were about £850 with all the extras including a surcharge for monthly payment.
This is very good value in this area for a good quality course , However we had a fire about 18 months ago that destroyed the club house and have been in portacabin accomodation since,(comfortable but basic). This is my first year as a member and the price was a large factor in choosing the club, now that the club house has been re built and very nice it is, i hope that they don't hike the price up too much as i will not be able to justify it for the ammount of times i play.

We are up a tenner to £460. Also we no longer have a waiting list and are after members. It was the case 4 to 5 years ago that we had an 8 year waiting list. How times have changed !

Ours are actually down from last year.......689......down to 669 this year....Pretty good i think and if i pay on time then i get 4 complimentory green fee tickets as well as 4 reduced green fee tickets for any guests that i may want to play with over the course of the season.... Add them up and it amounts to around 200€ so its a good deal all round

Our fees will be decided in March, but 2009 was £720. Will pay any rise, so long as it is not ridiculous. Good value for money given the condition and playability of the course. Usually say you can play 52 weeks a year, this year has been an exception !!

We are a private members club. Our fees last year were £825 and have gone up to £856( including union fees). Excellent value for what we have.
I think alot of courses will feel the pinch this year. There is one not far from us that asked its members for extra money(which they paided) ontop of their fees a couple of years ago and not long ago asked them again, and im talking quite a large amount of money.

That is a very good price, I've heard good things about your course / club setup. It sounds similar to mine (Gog Magog, Cambridge) and some have spoken favorably of it to me in the past (although some have also argued otherwise ;) ) so to see your full adult fees £150 odd lower than ours is quite surprising. Ours are £1000 per year, although I believe the £1000 joining fee has now been lowered or reduced to encourage perspective new members during the recession! Fortunately I still qualify for the next few years at least for reduced 'young persons' membership!

Oh and as far as I am aware fees at my club haven't risen, and are not about to do so. :)

Our fee's are due in april currently £960 only 2.5% increase last year to keep it below the £1000 plus dropped the joining fee.

My £805 does INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING

SGU fees £8
Renfrewshire GU fees £2
Bar levy £50

Fees are really £745 however I do object to a SGU bail out and a RGU donation every year.

The £50 I use and the food is very good so I dont mind that at all.

The fees in our club haven't changed from last year however as I only joined last year my fees have gone up from a beginners fee (€300) to normal members fees (€570).

Slight decrease in fees for me this year. Paying nearly £1800 at Leatherhead last year and £640 at Ascot this year.
