Facebook video sound problems

Hi Guys, Recently some old videos I post on f/book load and play but with no sound, but they play ok on my laptop
Any ideas ?

Did that but no joy, my friends get the video but no sound.
I think it must be a setting on Facebook or maybe just not compatible .
