well its world golf championship and its stil on the european tour dates so it some significance that the boys are heading to the states

Its a co-sanctioned event MVP. It shows on the US Tour dates as well. It belongs to neither the US or Euro tour.

Any way back to the main point of the thread the first 18 tour events listed arent even in europe!!!

Plus another four (not including majors) Thats nearly half a year the european tour isnt in Europe, I think thats enough to decide to change it. an Like i said previously the Race to Dubai is going to be the main attraction, Since when have arabs been european??

I would say the World Tour, except that whoever 'owns' the World Series rights would get all bitter and twisted. So, either 'THE Tour' or 'The Global Tour' or 'Not the US Tour'

Keep the name as it is. The fact that some tourneys are held outwith Europe is irrelevant. I am all for the tour playing all over the world as this gives it a greater diversity of courses and cultures than the rather dull US version.
