ok its now 2-2 but I have to say we aint all that. There's a couple passed their sell by date and a few who aint as good as made out to be.

Hope we get beat, get rid of Crapello and some of the other dead wood

I've watched England in most televised matches and a few live since the '66 world cup final with all their ups and downs, but I am getting to the point of not bothering as it seams that the team just isn't bothered any more.

We are too slow and ponderous and one day I am just going to put my foot through the tv (if I can lift it that high) and quite framkly I would just as rather watch Britains Got Talent - cos, if we have got talent, it aint our footballers!

shi7e absolutely shi7e how good must the players feel when a sub comes on halfway through the second half an gets man of the match that sums us up

Have I missed something? Was there a game? :o

England have got no idea.

They are like a team of golfers who all play off scratch at their home clubs and can't break 80 anywhere else.

They were playing at their home club...But still couldn't break 80...or 90 :D

Had tickets to go watch this. Mates partner went into labour so he sold the tickets for us I went and played a round and finished with 14 points. I dont know whats worse?

Same old story of under achievement and lack of...anything.

Having a bit of a discussion with my lad's mate about when was the last time England really raised their game when it mattered. Euro 96 against Holland? 2001 - Germany 1 England 5. Can't think of any others since then. That's 10 years of mediocrity.

"Under-achievement"???
-Reality check needed, did you see Barca last week, no-one on the England team could hold a place on that team. Why do England never do well - because they're not good enough, simples. ...sorry, I do appreciate what a great affect a positve run has on national morale but the truth hurts. :(

Totally disagree that no-one could hold a place in the Barcelona team, when fully fit.
Rio,jt,and ashley cole would have got in there team that played in the champions league final.
They had Mascherano in central defence,jt and rio are better than Pique, imo

Even if I agreed with you (I don't), what you're saying is that England have 3 world class players and they're all defenders! ;)
