Weekdays no good for me, can only play at weekends.
Just in the process of joining Hayston. Had a Play more golf membership at Bishopbriggs last year. Went to Bishopbriggs because they have a great junior programme and hoped to get my son into it. Ultimately he wasn't interested so I'm joining Hayston. Having played most of the local courses I think it will suit me best.Where does everyone play?
I played haystons last week was in decent shape for this time of year think they had 5 greens off still enjoyed it though, kirkhill has a good junior programme not sure if that's out your way,Just in the process of joining Hayston. Hayston is 5 minutes from my house. If my boy wants to get into golf later I'll help. Just now it's only football that interests him and I'm happy if he's happy.I played haystons last week was in decent shape for this time of year think they had 5 greens off still enjoyed it though, kirkhill has a good junior programme not sure if that's out your way,
Sandyhills, what about yourselfWhere does everyone play?
I was the same when I was young didn't enjoy the golf at all, took to long for me at that age i just wanted to play footbal or hang around with my pals, regret it now that I'm in to the golf now, hayston is a nice course, balmore too, I play there a lot I have a few mates up thereHayston is 5 minutes from my house. Couple of my mates played Sandyhills a couple of years ago. Whilst on the practice putting a member told him to tuck his shirt in, he actually thought he was kidding him on at first.I'm free most weekends we have some comps coming up in April

Cawder was my first choice when we moved up here. We played the shorter course and my wife didn't like it so she vetoed that. Joined Kirkintilloch but they didn't have many ladies and the green keepers tended to just put the red tee's next to the yellows. A year of that and she had enough.Few lovely courses in that neck of the woods. Cawder is a great course.
I probably know who that is I keep getting dug up for my hat in the clubhouseCouple of my mates played Sandyhills a couple of years ago. Whilst on the practice putting a member told him to tuck his shirt in, he actually thought he was kidding him on at first.

I'm also at Glenbervie. If kp17 is up for it, we can sign on 3 guests each and have a mini 8 man forum meet if there is any interest in something like that?
I won't be able to on the 4th mayJust trying to sort dates when we are both free. Proposal is Sunday 4th May, we can sign on a maximum of 6 players between us and the sign-on fee for visitors is £20.
Please let me know if that works. The course should be in mint condition by then.
