After are recent visit to Beau and trying out the new powacaddys[i tried the touch]hated it,i have decided i will purchase a electric trolley.Has anyone bought a touch or sport[and got the free bag?or does anyone know of a great deal that is being offered on any electric trolleys, any added extras taken into account or hidden extras that boost the price. Also we need hedgehogs so some models might be unsuitable, your advic would be appreciated.

have a motocaddy here and had no problems with it at all, folds down small etc. they have the same offer as powakaddy do of a free bag if buying a S3 currently

Having had the pleasure of playing with you on a couple of occasions, I think you're more suited to a buggy!! :D

Very kind of you to offer, however i have some vouchers and will be using these towards costs, however im still looking for ideas.A lot of companys are offering extras at this time-free bags etc.The powacaddy touch i didnt like due to the costs of all the extras needed-ie cup holder, umbrella holder,im looking for a good allrounder

PJ...I just bought the PK Freeway 2 Lithium battery version.
I got it for £625 with a free brolley holder & PK brolley thrown in.....very expensive.

It looks great, but........Despite reading reviews with people having had all sorts of problems with this model, (electrics, misting screen, axle breaking, speed problems), I went ahead anyway, thinking that they must have sorted these problems out by now.

Well, last weekend on approximately it's 9th outing, it packed up and I had to push it for the 1st 9 holes. Tried disconnecting the battery, but no joy. Shoved it in the car after 9 (and carried for the rest of the round. I have to say it was absolutely freezing which probably didn't help, but looks like I may have bought one of the dud ones.

When I got home, I tried it again and everything was fine. Gonna see how it goes next time out, and will be taking it straight back to Nevada Bob's if there's any recurrance of the problem.

I'll also be asking for a replacement and not a repair as it's just over a month old.

Nothing to do with the trolley, but the PK winter wheels also broke after less than 2 months use. The inside gubbins snapped and fell out. My pro has just replaced them.

Very disappointed with PK Quality control, as I had the original Freeway for 8 years without a single problem, and I gave the prototype sports model a rave review at Beau. Looks like they got it wrong with this one.

I'd steer clear of the Freeway 2.

Thx for the warning rick not that im anywhere as rich as you.Thats very disapointing for you mate,my advice dont hang on, get it straight back to nevadas, for that price you dont expect it to konk out.

Knowing Rick he probably had his in electric Gok Wan blue with a hint of Raspberry with flower stained wheels and suede handle.

The colour overload probably did for the poor machine.

Homer, how is the commission agreement going with GK? Do you get credits, free goodies or what for each mention you give them. Bob doesn't mention the V-easy as often as you mention GK and he owns the bloody thing.

So come on ... fess up .. what do YOU get out of it?
