Took a couple of snaps of the West Course when I played there a few days ago. £30 for a twilight and in very good condition, the pics probably dont do it justice!

The tee shot on the 6th - the fairway bears left past the two large trees - the tiger line is straight over them!

The 2nd shot on the 14th - note ground slopes away nicely on the right.

Errrr.....that's not the 14th. It's the Par 5 12th.
14th is a tough, tough par 4 from an elevated tee.
Haven't played there for a while. Doesn't matter how well I'm playing, as soon as I get to the 12th I play it like a plum and my round starts crumbling.
Good course though, and for £30.00 you can't go wrong
;)

I know that big bunker on the right of the 18th fairway quite well. :( :(

Super course, unfortunately I haven't played it for about 5 years.

I love the 17th, fantastic hole - there is a tree at about the 300 yard mark that John Daly flew when playing in the European open. I was about 100 yards short from the blue tees :o :o

I can see a forum visit thre in 2012....

I love the 17th, there is a tree at about 300 yards that John Daly passed when playing the European Open - i love that about the course! I was about 100 yards shy of that mind you having a nice snap from the tee :o

Could see a forum meet in 2012?

Not at all Roger! I shall do it.....although should you be planning so far in advance at your age :D ;) ;)

Maybe June 2012??
