Well I had to go back to work today and i'm doing ok. Just making sure I dont have to do any heavy lifting or move too quickly (no chance of that btw).

Its unlocked itself somewhat so I can now stand up straight and walk about. Its always like this the first week after injury and it will get better each day.

Glad to hear it's on the mend. Calling Felixstowe tomorrow for availability so will let everyone know what are options are tomorrow.

Can't make that day unfortunately, got a golf day on the 1st down at Chelsfield Lakes in Kent but as I'm self employed taking 2 days off in a short space isn't a wise idea.
