Early Morning Game Saturday Lincolnshire area?

Hi Everyone,

New member here, just discovered these forums reading the latest copy of the magazine.

I'm based in Lincoln and was wondering if anyone local to me fancied a game on Saturday morning? My usual golfing buddy has let me down this weekend, so instead of playing on my own I wondered if anyone fancied a game?

If anyone is interested then let me know.

I normally play at Welton Manor, not a member anywhere at the moment due to lack of play but Welton's not a bad course and it takes 2 for 1 vouchers on weekends.

I usually play early mornings at the weekends, home course is Normanby but quite happy to play elsewhere pm me if you like.

thanks for the reply whereditgo but I now can't play Saturday at all, Wife just annouced she to go and see some family on Saturday..... oh joy...

I am new forum user also located in Lincs. Are you interested in a game some time? I am equa-distant to Sleaford, Newark, Lincoln and Grantham, but also willing to travel further. I was 12-handicapper when member of Retford GC. Now non-member returning to the game after a year out. Interested?...over to you... P.

Generally if anyone is short of a game in Lincolnshire then I am normally playing up at Stoke Rochford near Grantham on a Saturday and if not in a comp then usually have room for one or two to join in.

Thanks for reply. OK, I'm happy to visit Normanby Hall, or/and we could meet say half-way at appropriate course, as you're approx. same distance north from Lincoln, as I am south. Avail'y next 2 wks: Fri 3rd, Mon 6th, Weds 8th July - earlier in daytime preferred, but I can be more flex if necessary.. over to you.... Regards, Philip.
