It's all bullpoo mixed with deception. I'm nowhere near magic but I watched his first series and could guess 1/2 of the stunts. Some are impressive but you don't know how much production goes into it!

Look forward to playing with you at a future meet so you can keep me entertained.

He is a genuinely nice bloke as well as a talented magician. He was in at our contact centre promoting his series and did some of his tricks in the foyer of the centre with no production team and no effects other than him and his cards. He did the back bend trick where he goes right back while his feet are still planted flat and I was amazed.
Spoke to him for about 5 mins and he seemed genuinely interested, unlike Mr "Gangs" and "Extreme World".... t0$$er.

yes I'm genuinly impressed with this guy, the Thames water walk was exceptional, floating in the air with one hand attached to a park bench was just mesmerizing. Taking someones ring, watch or mobile phone and putting it INSIDE the bottle they are drinking out of is breathtaking!

@dappondave, care to share your guesses as I cant even guess how he did most of them...........

I'll be so gutted if it transpires some were set ups

I dont care how the "magic" actually works. i just like watching him, and i am glad to hear that someone has met him and said he seems a nice bloke! exactly what i said to mrs rooter, "he seems like a nice bloke" glad to see my niceblokeradar is working! would be gutted if he was a plank in real life.

Tad daa ................. Its entertainment , be entertained ,

Loved the trick where the nut unscrewed itself off the bolt & the old boys ( NO NOT SNELLY  ) face in reaction to it ..

oh and i dont care how it was done ha i enjoyed it ..

The two I can remember are pushing a coin through a table into someone's hand....he just uses his other hand to drop it into theirs once he's removed it from above the table.

Second is when he teleports through a club/bars window. Basically the bouncers block him from view as he legs it out of the open front door and stands on the other side of the glass.

I liked his "christ the redeemer" stunt.

I watched it back a few times for the reaction of the people on the site alone. They all think its an act and seem half impressed, as he walks back down they then start thinking "how did he do that?" and checking his feet etc.

Brings back the feeling you had when your Da pretended to remove the top of his thumb.

ok watched last nights show, on Dave or Watch or similar- where he was in LA

ok a few good tricks and the 'illusion' of walking down the side of the building.....

really like his close slight of hand stuff but I really didnt like the 'slide' car piece where he was ring fenced in and started doing a 'donut' in the dust then the whole car dissapeared! the 'audience' reaction was poor and an obvious staged set up....

c'mon Dynamo you are way better than cheap camera tricks- David Blane resorted to that after all the good stuff, please dont go down that route just to create a WOW factor as its more likely to create the opposite.

Dynamo is okay but it feels staged and if you look with a skeptics eye then it isn't hard to see through a significant chunk of his tricks.

The best magician I have ever seen by a mile is Nick Einhorn. He is a friend of a friend and I have seen him many times and his close up stuff is mind boggling. I have seen Nick do card tricks that are unfathomable and also, on two occasions, have watched him appear to smack a bottle of beer through a solid wood table and into a basket underneath. I know it is a trick but I have got no idea how he did it.

He is pretty well known and is one of a select few performers that have fooled Penn and Teller on their show.
