Incredible how the whole site is closing.
I have been there a few times & always enjoyed it.
surely someone could have taken it over.
This reads like it's just going to be abandoned?

Agree a real shame, only played it once on a mini tour a few years ago and recall it being a nice track.

It's pretty much on a flood plain, with the stream / river flowing through it. Gets very boggy in the winter.

Having played there many times I would agree with the comments about it's suitability for housing and given the local Authorities attitude one would wonder about the chances of getting planning permission.

I believe nearby Canford Magna tried that route and could not get permission.
That place eventually went to a new training ground and complex for Bournemouth football club.
