Dubai Golf Tournaments

My misses works at a gold platers and says they have had a trophy in this week for a Dubai Golf Tournament that is a gold plated golf ball (about the size of a bowls ball but obviously round) with a 12-15 inch sliver eagle on it.

just wondering if anyone knows what this is as I tried to find it on google images but couldn't. Surely its not the race to Dubai winners? She does usually do the Prem cups they make each year so they do do some fancy stuff although I was just curious what this could be?

before anyone gets any ideas she can't golf plate putters as I have already asked!

This maybe? Not strictly Dubai- it's the Abu Dabi championship trophy as won by Paul Casey this year.

that has got to be it as how many gold eagle trophy's are out there! Will show her that when she gets in and she what she says. She said it looked like there should be a base for it but only had the top eagle/ball bit
