Can anyone give suggestions on who are the best and most comprehensive fitting centres for a driver fitting in North West of England or North Wales? Would also prefer hitting out onto a range rather than hitting into a screen.

Best and by far the most comprehensive is Tour x golf in Wigan. Plenty on here have been and seen Nick Hibbs who has worked on tour. All heads and exotic shafts and will let you go back and tweak and tinker.
There is no range to hit out on to, but don't let that put you off.

PXG have a good setup at Wilmslow GC.

Great fitting but they only do their own stuff .
They did have fitting bags of other oems so the pro shop might use the same bays.
Tour X is excellent though indoors.
