All of the above, absolutely demonstrate that you've done some research . If you can and if it's relevant do some mystery shopping and get the "experience" from a user's/customer's perspective and feedback on this experience at interview. Make sure you interview them as much as they interview you. Remember that you're looking for a vehicle for your career,it's not just about them filling a vacancy. Ask them what differentiates them from their competitors ? Their management style ?
Additionally, are you aware of the interview/selection process ? If it's competency based you will need to undertake some preparation for your answers surrounding the competencies given on their person specification. Make sure your answers are relevant with work based examples if possible.
