ok folks bigslice having limited hair has noticed the last few weeks, im suffering from windburn! didnt think i needed a cap on but my fat chubby face and head are on fire. this is new for me but if its the onlydownside then i will take it:rofl:

Its a balls allright! I tend to were a cap all the time but lips are generally ok, wait until the summer starts but it is windy - hello lobster boy!

Not just links golf. Had a nice face being buffeted in the winds in my match on a parkland course yesterday. I think its still a small price to pay if you do get a red face on a links course. I wish I could play that type of course on a regular basis.

Moisturiser boys!
It's not just for us ladies.

And suncream if there is ever any sun again....A red face might look jolly but skin cancers aren't pretty

Yup, totally agree. Many years ago I had a girlfriend who was a Clarins beauty consultant and she got me into moisturising every day.

There are plenty out there that have a SPF15 or higher and are great for the face, neck and head (for us baldies) for when sun tan lotion isn't required/needed/wanted

Good for you sapcor1.
It's worrying how many men think that sun block is for cissies.

That said, I always manage to get at least one bad case of sunburn per season due to missing bits when slapping on the goo!

My problem with windy links courses.....MY HAIR!

Ha ha! Not worried if anyone calls me a sissy or anything else for that matter.

I'm in touch with my feminine side.... :)
